So I just got back from the gym. I go all the time now. I enjoy going to the gym. I've become that guy. It's pretty cool, cos I can see it becoming a part of my life, not just something I do when I think about it. I'm in the greatest shape I've been in since starting college, and before too long I think I'll be in the best shape I've ever been in. My "shaped to be cut" body structure may just live up to its potential.

Last night I went with Mariko to see Leona Naess and Emm Gryner at The Point in Bryn Mawr. I'd already been a fan of Leona, but Emm was really good too. Her songs wavered between sounding like Tori Amos and Alanis Morissette. Her Tori Amos sounding songs were pretty great. But Leona was incredible.

I cut my hair off. All of it. There's no black left, it's all auburn now.
