So Friday Megan and I went to the Philadephia Art Museum, which was a great little excursion from Villanova, and then we came back and I made Macaroni and Cheese (impressive, huh?) and Alex made brown sugar carrots, and the three of us had a nice little dinner while we watched The Big Lebowski (love that movie). Alex left a little into it to go see American Pie 2 in the Connelly Center, but came back for a brief interlude to fix his glasses that broke when he walked into a window or door or something stationary. It souded extremely funny. After the movie was over, Megan and I just lied down on my bed and talked for a few hours, and had a wonderful conversation (as we always seem to do). Carl got home, and he and I played SSX Tricky while Megan watched. Well Carl and I played for quite a while, and Megan fell asleep, so she slept over. I love sleeping with her, it's lovely to wake up next to someone you care about and just snuggle the morning away.

Today I didn't get up until like 2:30, and Pete and I walked down to Flowers on the Avenue to get a rose for our dates that evening, he with Kelly for her formal, and I with Emily for her DG formal. We got the roses and went over to Campus Corner to eat chicken finger hoagies. As sketchy as some people may call it, I enjoy the atmosphere in CC. With the older video games and the general decoration, it felt really neat, almost like I was young and in a midwest little pizza shop. The way the sunlight was pouring in through the windows was really neat too. After we got back, I played some more SSX, which I'm addicted to now, and then showered and shaved and ironed my clothes for the formal. Then I stopped by Megan's before heading to Emily's room for a bit of pre-partying.

The formal was a lot of fun! The food was really good, the place was a really nice country club, and I had so much fun dancing with Em. Plus she and I talked a good bit and I can feel our friendship regaining strength, and I'm really excited.

Once I got back I stopped over to Megan's to tell her about the formal and kiss her goodnight. And here I am, 3:35 AM on Sunday morning, feeling like I want to play some SSX, though I will probably refrain since I have to go grocery shopping at noon! Goddammit! Oh well.
