Posting while I'm home has turned out to be a difficult task. This is most likely due to the fact that when I'm Home, I'm rarely in my home. Other than for dinner or a few hours during the morning, I'm out all day with friends or family, and always out late with friends. I'm beat when I get home and go straight to bed. Right now it's 2:37AM and I have a dentist appointment in about 8 hours and I'm gonna hate life in the morning, but for now I thought I'd give a tiny glimpse back into my life for you all. For some reason I feel like Alex would think I'm drunk right now. Not at all Alex, just a little delirious.

So Christmas was cool. Major gifts: CD Rewriteable drive that is also a DVD player (HOW PERFECT IS THAT?!!) and also a cd player stereo for the shower (hooray for sharper image), and a massage from Burke and Williams, plus a bunch of small things like mints and a scarf. I think my parents were happy that I got a 3.4 this semester and can keep my scholarship...

Just more hanging out and whatnot. Saw Ali (Will Smith is good, but the movie is too long) and Vanilla Sky again (great again, though we were trying to see Lord of the Rings again).

Thanks to gift certificates, I now have 4 more CDs and two new books. The books are The Hobbit and The Fellowship of the Ring...so I'll be starting on those soon. The CDs are Toxicity by System of a Down, songsforthemorningafter by Pete Yorn, Tenacious D by Tenacious D, and Rock Action by Mogwai. Good stuff.

I'm tired. I love love love being with my friends, but I think because I can't get into the mindset that I'm going to be here for a while (plus the pain of being away from Megan) that I'm really aching to be back at school in the little universe of my room that I have created.

Oh, and our housing problems that have recently arisen are just another frickin' headache. When one ends another begins. I'm a goddamned spoiled bastard.

Gonna go listen to Mogwai and drift off to sleep.
