I recommend meditating. You can dip into your subconscious and realize how much depth you really possess. There is so much beneath the surface; the faces of emotions and expressions that never make it into words. Movement without motion, I find, can be immensely relaxing. In everyday movement, my body tends to naturally tense up and therefore hold in or push out many of the free flowing elements of life energy.
